In just one week, we successfully integrated a Cloud Electronic Signature solution called Docusign into our client’s sales pipeline. This allowed them to transition from in-home sales to virtual sales as the COVID pandemic prohibited their sales reps from doing in-home visits, as well as opening up a new channel for our client to sell to their customers in the future.
We made heavy use of a serverless compute service called Azure Functions that allowed for on-demand scaling of computational workload in order to handle peak hours when many sales are generated and eSignatures need to be prepapred, sent and processed.
